BEFORE...
Built in 1994, this home was marketed in 2021 as a "stunning traditional style two storey custom build, considerably renovated in 2018." In reality, the home was riddled with walls and corridors and rooms in odd places. These 'before' photos don't do justice to the level of redesign required to make the home livable, hence why it sat on the market, unsold, for over a year until we decided to make a go of it.

The gutting of the home started in the summer of 2022 and rebuild continued through to the end of 2024.
The result: a truly stunning redesign, making the space open, modern and livable. Amanda James served as the principal designer on the project, including the direction of layout, built-in features, finishes and Décor.
